KUNZ UGT - Universal Grease Tool

Overview

The KUNZ UGT Universal Grease Tool is designed to replace the time-consuming, messy and ergonomically poor process of manually greasing aircraft wheel bearings. With the UGT, bearing greasing is completed within seconds, using the correct amount of grease every time.

Several interchangeable cones are included as standard, ensuring compliance with all common aircraft wheel bearing sizes. The grease is securely contained within the unit's system throughout the process, significantly improving HSE conditions and eliminating the mess associated with manual greasing.

For operator safety, the UGT requires two push buttons to be pressed simultaneously to activate greasing, and safety covers around the greasing area provide additional physical protection. The result is a clean, fast and safe greasing process that reduces operator strain and improves workshop consistency.
